While some entrepreneurs delegate several tasks (usually administrative) they still perform many tasks that may be delegated to a Virtual Assistant (if your VA is able to handle such tasks).

I’m sure many businessmen may delegate at least 20% or 30% more work than they do.

Many people that already work with a Virtual Assistant forget their VA can do more work than she already does.

Remember that Virtual Assistants are great to leverage your time, but it is necessary to assign them as many tasks as possible.

We are all aware of the importance of having a social presence is on the Internet these days. But, this can be a time-consuming task.
Many entrepreneurs continue working themselves in their social networks. Often, due to lack of time they don’t do it as well as they should.

Yet still giving your personal touch, you can ask your virtual assistant to keep updated social networks profiles, and publish some posts on your behalf.

Customer service is another time-consuming task. We know that answering phone calls, customers’ emails, can take much of your time.
Have you thought about hiring a Virtual Assistant for the job?. A Virtual Assistant can answer your phone calls and emails.

Currently, many entrepreneurs have live chats on their website. If this is your case, your virtual assistant can take on the job of answering live chat requests.

Another form of customer service is to respond to inquiries that people do through social networks. A VA can also be responsible for responding to such queries.

As they are so busy, entrepreneurs sometimes, forget to send budgets or bill for their services.
A Virtual Assistant can deal with sending budgets and invoices.
Your VA can also be responsible for tracking the payment of invoices for your customers.

For an online entrepreneur having a blog is a must. However, it may take a long time to have your blog updated with good content.
Your virtual assistant can search the web for popular topics in your niche. Having a good list of topics to write will make you a better blogger.

As your website or blog grows, there are plenty of comments to deal with. A virtual assistant can be in charge of moderating those comments, ensuring your reputation is properly managed.

Something every blogger should do is to promote their posts. Your virtual assistant can submit it to social media websites like Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, etc …

Having an email list is a must for any entrepreneur. But, again, it can take plenty of time.
Ask your Virtual Assistant to set-up an auto-responder using content you give her, or that she writes herself.

Gradually, if you delegate more tasks to your Virtual Assistant, she becomes more involved with your business. You’ll feel relieved and gain much more in less time.

So, remember to hand over as much of your daily tasks as you can.
